1. From the My Groups page, find the appropriate group in your list. Click the icon under Run Report. 


2. Click the checkbox next to each group member to select them for the report. (From this page, you can also see who has completed the survey and who has not.) 


3. You have the following options:

  1. Generate Individual Reports: this option will provide an individual PDF report for each selected member of the group. The reports will be downloaded in a .zip file.

    • Your computer will prompt you to save the file locally.
    • When finished downloading, locate the file on your computer, unzip (or extract) the files, and view each individual's PDF.
  1. Download Raw Data: this option will result in an Excel spreadsheet of raw scores (including responses for each item) for each selected member of the group. (Each group member is represented in one row of the spreadsheet.)

    • Your computer will prompt you to open the Excel file or save it locally.
    • When finished downloading, your computer will either automatically open the file, or save it to a folder (depending on your choice above).
  1. Generate Group Report: this option will result in one report for the entire group. The report contains a list of the elements and a list of all possible scores. There will be a tally for how many group members fall under each score for each element. The report will be emailed in a .zip file.

    • Check your email that your account is registered under
    • Your computer will prompt you to save the file locally.
    • When finished downloading, locate the file on your computer, unzip (or extract) the files, and view the group's PDF.
  1. Email Individual Reports: in some cases, you may see an option to email individual reports. Select the appropriate users and click this button to email report PDFs to each individual.
